Icons for equation editor, superscript and subscript?

A couple of years ago, on another computer, I created an icon on the toolbar
that immediately brought up the equation editor, and I created icons that
immediately created superscript and subscript fonts. Now I can't remember
how I created these icons. Can anyone help?

Click View > Toolbars > Customize.
Click on the Commands Tab.
Under Categories, select Format.
Under Commands, Look for Subscript and Superscript.
Drag the command out and place it on a toolbar.
Click Close once you are done adding the commands.

Thanks. This worked for creating icons for superscript and subscript. Do you
have any suggestions for creating an icon that will produce the equation
editor?

Ah! Thanks to your help, I figured out how to create the icon for producing
the equation editor. --Thanks again.
