PP2007 BUG: Subscript/Superscript

Ctrl + = or Ctrl + Shift + = works as in all previous versions to change text
to sub- or superscript. But, pressing the key combination again to toggle
back out of sub- or superscript mode does not work. Ctrl + Space also doesn't
work to get back to normal mode. So, a sub- or superscript now can't be
created while typing a line of text; the text has to be typed first, then the
appropriate text highlighted and raised/lowered.

Hi,

It doe work here, although it is a bit confusing. The shortcut seem to work
but the cursor stays the same size until you type the next letter. Can you
confirm by typing, hit the shortcut key, and then keep typing?

No; doesn't toggle here. Hitting the shortcut key once correctly switches to
subscript/superscript, hitting it again does nothing: not only does the
cursor stay the same, but the text is still sub/superscripted.

This is true even in an empty document and doesn't seem dependent on theme
or what placeholder the text is in.

is there a fix for this? i installed the ppt script manager to get the
super/sub to toggle, but i still have to highlight the text to toggle it on
and off. is there a way to toggle it on and off while typing? i am a chemist,
and i have to frequently type with super and subscripts in power point. this
problem may be a minor one to most ppt users, but it is making me regret
using the new office.
