Icons Disappear

Recently many of my icons changed from the actual picture of the icon to just
the blank square(like when there is a file and windows does not know what
type it is) this happened to all my microsoft office icons, itunes, norton,
etc. Now, I have come to find that my microsoft office icons disappeared
entirely. I look under "start", "all programs" and under microsoft office it
is empty. How is it that they disappeared completely? Any help in this matter
would be greatly appreciated.

TweakIU /may/ be able to repair your icons.

TweakUI 2.10 requires Windows XP Service Pack 1 or higher.

Within TweakUI, go to "Repair" and select "Rebuild Icons".

You can download TweakUI 2.00 from Ramesh's Website if you do not meet the
requirements.
