Icons Auto Arrange on PC lock

I have been experiencing an issue for sometime now where when I lock windows and then return to unlock it my icons have "auto arranged". Auto arrange is not checked as enabled. Anyone know of a registry setting that may cause this or a simpler fix? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

You certain that auto arrange is causing this? Also look at ALIGN TO GRID.
