I have lost the icon for my desktop for Windows Mail and it does not show up
on the start program. How do I get these back? Also I have a Gateway
computer and keyboard. Is there a hot button to take me directly to Windows
Mail?

Thank you.

Sounds like you installed the new Windows Live Mail, as it removes all
shortcuts to Windows Mail.

WinMail.exe should be in C:\Program Files\Windows Mail

click and drag to the desktop to create a shortcut.

I have an e-machine that must have something to do with Gateway now, because
half of my links to manufacturer refer to Gateway. Anyway, if your keyboard
is similar to mine there is an e-mail button on the right top of the board
along with one for internet, search, mute, and speaker volume controls. If
WM is your default email application the email button will start it. At
first I never used the buttons, but now it's the only way I connect to these
applications.
