Icon View Size

A few days ago someone asked about their icon views changing at their will.
There was a possible fix posted. Did the fix work for this person? I have
the same problem.

This may have been me. I don't know because server problems lost some of my
emails ad posts around this time and I don't even see my post, let alone any
replies in this group.

If anyone knows how to recover emails and posts, missing through server
problems, please let me know. In the meantime I'm re-posting the icon
layout post in the hope that those who may have replied first time will
kindly do so again. (It's not my fault - honest!!)
