Icon Problem

Running XP Sp2......most icons I've chosen for various websites are ok,
EXCEPT for Yahoo! For some strange reason, all my Yahoo sites are suddenly
coming up with an icon that's attributed to another site. I did a search
for all icons on my C drive, and when that particular icon came up, I
deleted it from the drive and then deleted it from the recycle bin. I
changed the icon on the Yahoo sites to the Y logo and thought everything was
fixed even though I have no idea how the switch happened in the first place.
ALAS, Yahoo is still coming up with that unwanted icon.

Any ideas why this is happening? And if so, how do I fix it? Thanks.

You could try this :-
Install TweakUi and use the Icon repair facility.
