Icon instead of button

Log on box to a pop up chat room - used to have a button -
now have little white icon in the corner with red square
blue triangle and green circle in it. (just me as others
don't have it)

Thought it was around java scripts so updated to latest
version of java but no luck.

Seeing this on other websites too - trying to work out
what it means so I can fix it. IE6 w98se.

Can anyone help please?

Run SFC.EXE and extract the copy from your Windows cd.
