Icon in Tray - What is it?

if you go to start>run and then you type MSCONFIG
a window will appear.. go to startup tab
there you will see all programs that startup

one of those is the one that creates the icon...
with a little experimentation you will find which one it is.

Can't tell from the picture. Can you right-click on it to see if there
is more information? If not, do some clean-boot troubleshooting to
determine what it is:

I'm not sure but was looking through some resources in power files and it reminds me of a battery. But his pic is too low quality.
