icon and save message

hi,

i've made a custom form with code in item_open and item_send,
there is no problem when it sent but :
*after the user read it * ,
-the icon is a close enveloppe as a unread message
-he got a message "save change"

could you help me?

Where is the form published? What does the code do?

hi,

The form is publish in the organization, i 've found the mistake:
I change an image and I need to save the item before sending.
but now the orginal form don't close when forward and reply either
the option has been setting in, the icon don't change when forward an
reply.

i've outlook 2002,and exchange 2003,
i publish a form in the organisation folder, it's work,
but later !!!*I'm back to the original version *


Any idea to resolve this?

This sounds like normal behavior. Outlook does not change the icons on
custom form messages when the message is opened, forwarded, or replied to.
