icoming e mail deleted before i read them

when i'm in microsoft outlook 2003 the e mail appears but then it is
automatically deleted as if its was'nt there

Check (and maybe disable) Your Rules:
Tools>Rules Wizard
OR
Tools>Rules and Alerts ...
