ICF (Firewall) Problem

Help...
I'm trying to enable the ICF but when I do I get the
message: "An error occurred while internet connection
sharing was being enabled. The dependency service or group
failed to start".

What happened and how do I fix it? Any help you give

As the error message says, "(a) dependency service or group failed to
start". Go to Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Services. Scroll down to
the Internet Connection Firewall, right-click and select Properties. Click
on the Dependencies tab and note the other services that ICF requires to be
started in order for it to start. Assure yourself that all of these
services have started, setting them to Manual or Automatic and then starting
them. Troubleshoot from there if necessary and post your results.
