iCalendar meeting time errors

The scenario is two people, one with OL2002 the other with OL2003. Each has their own calendar and there is a shared calendar. First person (OL2002) schedules a meeting on their calendar (Say at 1:00 PM), invites the master and sends it via iCalendar. The second person (OL2003) opens the shared calendar and accepts the meeting. The meeting then appears on the shared calendar BUT the time shows as one hour later than it appears on the originators calendar (That is 2:00 PM)
Note: Both systems are set to Pacific Daylight Time and show the same time of day in control panel/date/time.

iCal is usually pretty good about handling date/time issues. Can you post
the text of one of the iCal items that's giving you a problem?
