Time zone issue between Kentucky and PDT

Hi. I'm in Tacoma, Washington, using Outlook 2003 on a nationwide Excange
server system in our company. Usually when I get a meeting invite from
Erlanger, Kentucky it automatically adjusts the time on my calendar to
Pacific time. There is one person who sent me two meeting invites and the
time did not convert to Pacific time. I’m wondering if it’s something on her
end or possibly something on my computer set up plus I’m not sure why it’s
only happening with this one individual.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance,

She may be using PT on her computer - either accidently or intentionally.
