IBM PR200 2x75 Mhz

Hi:
I am looking for a thermal design guide for the PR200 processor. Does this
processor require at least a heatsink (AND fan) or can it be operated
without it without any damage?

I have seen them fitted with only a HS(ambiant temps will affect this dramtically), others with a cheap fan/HS
