Frosty Tech have reviewed the NZXT Respire T20 Heatsink - here's what they thought about it:

"The heat output from Intel processors varies so Frostytech tests with two thermal values that represent the upper limits of existing CPU families. With a 150W heat load applied by the Intel LGA1155/1156/775 version of FrostyTech's synthetic thermal test platform, the NZXT Respire T20 heatsink maintains an average temperature result of 25.0°C over ambient (46.3dBA noise) at full fan speed.

After reducing the 120mm fan speed, the Respire T20 heatsink was able to maintain a test temperature of 27.9°C over ambient while noise output decreased to 40.3dBA.

NZXT's Respire T20 heatsink was then tested on the Frostytech Mrk.II synthetic thermal test platform with an 85W heat load. Under these test conditions the heatsink was able to maintain a CPU die temperature of 14.9°C at stock fan speed and 16.5°C at reduced fan speed.

Ultimately, the 160mm tall NZXT Respire T20 is an economical heatsink which offers average cooling performance."
