IAS (Radius) Help

Does anyone know of a book that explains How to use and setup IAS? I am
trying to use it with a Cisco VPN 3000. I want to setup a group and restrict
the users in the group to talk only to one IP address.
 
Sorry I should have told you I'm working with windows 2003. Will the
Document help me with 2003 Radius?

Hi Mike, no problem, the "core" of IAS is the same, you can use to
understand some points that will be apply on Windows 2003
