Configure IAS RADIUS to work on Cisco Devices

I need desperate help to configure a Windows Server 2003
IAS RADIUS server to be able to allow dial in access via
my Cisco Dial-in Modems. I already have setup the Cisco
device and the NAT on the IAS server, but I am confuse
with policies and attributes I need. Thanks in advanced.

Try the default settings first. Make sure that the IAS policy is set to grant dial-in access. Also make sure that the authentication method used by the cisco NAS
device agrees with the settings in the IAS policy. The default settings typcially are sufficient unless the NAS device is trying to do something special. A trace
of the RADIUS request would be useful in determining what the NAS device is requesting.

I left everything defaults. One thing I am confuse is do
I need to setup RRAS for IAS to work or IAS works on its
own OK?
