IAS (RADIUS) and Cisco VPN client

I have configured W2K-IAS server to authenticate all users
connecting to internal network via Cisco VPN client.
Authentication is working fine, but non of the login
scripts are being executed when connecting via VPN. The
login script is working fine when the user connects to the
local LAN.

Can some one please tell me why the login script is not
executed when logged in via the cisco vpn client.
