I6 Small Window

Hi,
Thanks in advance for your help. In ie 6 when I click on a option on a page.
Instead of going to that option/page. I get a small window one inch by one
inch. Max/min/restore have no effect on what I get. Any ideas on how to fix.

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
