I would like to add my AOL e-mail acccount to Outlook, can I?

I am changing internet providers in the future, my e-mail address is
(e-mail address removed), and this is what I use now.................can I
use a free e-mail account such as Yahoo or AOL in the Outlook
program?.......so that if I change providers in the future, I do not have to
change my e-mail address?
