I would like my Outlook Contact file to be the same outlook addres

I have so many different lists of contacts:
Act contacts
contacts in outlook
outlook address book
I would like to see tham all have the same addresses
or at least the outlook address book to be like the contacts in Outlook

That should already be the case. The Outlook Address Book uses the Contacts
folder to build the list you see when you open the Address Book and choose
the corresponding listing under Outlook Address Book.
