That is just daft. They did a similar thing where I live when the World Cup footie was on. Everybody got a leaflet about hanging flags outside and in windows. My answer to that is if ya don't like our union jack ya know where the door is :D

Ironic the Housing Association is called Flagship.

What they are really saying by asking him to remove the flags is 'You are a racist nationalist, we don't like it cos it might offend some people so get theose flags down'. Some people seem to spend their lives beating themselves up over a guilty conscience for something they needn't feel guilty about at all - a love of one's country.

Having said that, I've always thought anybody hanging a flag on their home needs their bumps felt - pillocks :lol: Just, er, not for me....

Is there actually a Global Village flag? I wonder
