I want to totally block some emails, not send to junk?

I want to totally block some spam email I have been getting and not even have
it some into my computer. Not even to the junk folder. I do have Norton
etc. but is there a way to do this in Outlook 2003? All I can find is to
send it to the Junk folder and that is a pain!

In Junk e-mail options there is a check box to permanantly e-mail instead of
moving it to the junk e-mail folder. Check that box.

I did see that but is there a way to select certain emails to totally
remove while still sending others to junk mail? I guess I phrased the
original question wrong. Some goes into it but I will look at but others are
pure spam and I want to totally block them from coming in.....but not all.
