I want Outlook 2000 to stop tagging email as spam

Every single email I get is being tagged as spam. How do
I remove this function?

It is either your anti-virus, anti-spam, or an ISP doing this. Outlook does
not have this ability.

Check with other parties who handle your mail, especially if the mail is all
generated from the same address.

You can't configure the junk email filter. You can only configure the junk
sender/adult sender lists and create rules for everything else.
