I want my Notepad icon back

I went to Tweak UI and clicked "Repair" and it didn't help.

I started using a program called EditPad because I wanted something fast
like Notepad but with more options.

After setting it ast the default .txt software I now can't get my regular
Notepad icons back.
Even after setting Notepad back to default .txt and turning all .txt file
associations off in EditPad.
Plus using the Repair feature in Tweak UI.

How can I do this? ? ?

Click Start > Programs > Accessories.
Right click Notepad.
Click "Properties" in the popup menu.
Click "Change icon" button.
Select the notepad icon and click Ok > Ok.

If the notepad icon isn't present in the Change Icon window, make sure the
path to "look for icons in this file" is:
%SystemRoot%\system32\notepad.exe

Using either the Tools -> Folder Options menu in Windows Explorer or the
Folder Options applet in Control Panel, under the Filetypes tab, select
the TXT filetype, click Advanced, and select whatever icon you want
(i.e., enter notepad.exe, shell32.dll, or moricons.dll and pick whatever
one you like).

I followed what you say and there is nothing that says Advanced in the
Filetype.

I did what you suggest but the .txt icon did not change.
