I use 2007 on all microsoft, can it be saved or converted to 2003

I have 2007 Microsoft installed but when I send my work up to be marked by my
tutors they ask me to resumit as a word 2003 document. Can I do this and if
so how. Also if i scan and email an attachment they request the same. Help
