I upgraded to Office 2003 & my email stopped working

I upgraded to Office 2003 today & my email stopped working. POP3 & SMTP
accounts are the same.
 
If you upgraded from Outlook Express, make sure you select Leave mail on
server in OE or there won't be any mail to download in Outlook. Also make
sure Outlook is the default in Internet Options.
 
No error message. Outlook says it's sending, but nothing happens. I'm not
receiving email either.

I re-installed Office 2003 this morning as a last resort & that seems to
have fixed whatever the problem was. Outlook Express worked with the same
mail account so I thought the error might have been in the installation of
the upgrade.
