I uninstalled PCHealth by mistake in XP - how do i fix it?

I mistakenly uninstalled PCHealth, then i used inf file
to install it back from XP cd. Now when i click on Help
and Support, i see hourglass quickly, Helpsvs.exe appears
briefly in Task manager, but help does not start.

Any ideas?

If it doesn't help go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -
regserver
