I un-mounted partition C

If I booted partition E and ran Disk Manager where I un-mounted partition C
so now I can no longer boot partiton E.

If I booted partition C and ran Disk Manager, is there a way of changing
"settings" on partition E so that I partition E is again bootable?

I assume you have a multi-booting system. If so, boot
into the OS you have on drive C:, then try to remount
drive E:.
