I see them, but they can't see me

I just networked 3 computers under Windows 2000
Professional. 2 are PC's and the other is a Mac G4.

The PC I am referring to I will call MainPC, the other PC
I will call OtherPC and the Mac.. Mac

I'm using a Netgear MR814 wireless router.
I've successfully mapped a network drive to the Mac as
well as OtherPC, but I haven't been able to go to those
computers and successfully connect to MainPC. (Me)
OtherPC is wireless, the Mac and MainPC are connected to
the router with Cat5.

I do have permissions set on MainPC and am loggin on with
those permissions from both OtherPC and Mac.

One peculiar thing I notice is that I don't see myself or
anyone else in "Network Places" or "computers near me"

I have TCP/IP, Microsoft Client for Networks and printer
and file sharing installed on both MainPC and OtherPC.

What else am I missing?

assuming you don't have firewall running, what do you get when using net
share on mainpc?

I believe you've answered my question.
It's my firewall, I completely forgot about it.

But anyhow, I didn't try netshare. I guess, first I'll
enable the firewall to let the others in.

But if that doesn't work, is that just another protocol to
install?

thanks for the feedback. looking forward to your update.
