I repeatedly get the same email sent to my Outlook mailbox.

I use Office 2003. I am having an issue with my Outlook mail program. I had
selected a deleted email to be shown as "unread." Since then the email keeps
resending itself to me over and over again. I received it over 200 times
overnight. I keep de;eting the message but it continues to re-send itself.
Help!
