error codes Stop 0x00000050 ( 0xc0902788 0x00000000 0x808194a2 0x00000002)

Blue screen when attempting to install Windows XP. Also does it when I try
to repair windows. I installed it on a Hard Drive stuck in my other computer
as I was having issues installing it on the new one I'm building. Same
MainBoard, memory. I installed windows fine, but ended at that. I then
removed the drive and placed it back into the new computer, but after
installing one driver, it had an issue. once the reboot was done, it got
stuck in a reboot cycle. I then went in and did a repair on the (fixboot). I
got it too boot up too where I saw nothing but a mouse cursor. I then
rebooted again, and it was stuck again in the reboot cycle. I then did repair
on windows, and then it proceded to give me the Blue Screen again in the new
system as it did when I first attempted to load windows on it. Could there
be a hardware issue I can not figure out? What do the error codes stand
for?

This can indicate a bad RAM, CD-ROM or a driver on your setup installation.
Try to disconnect all peripherals and just start with Keyboard, mouse and
monitor to accomplish the installation.

Here some info but we need the whole error message and you can catch it if
you Start in Safe mode and Disable the Shutdown/reboot on system error or
from the Boot up options.
