I receive a "Stop: c0000135" and "winsrv was not found" error mess

I was reading the help microsoft has in the website, but I think any of the
support they have in the web is applicable to my case.

I start my PC and I can see the windows loading bar, after that my computer
shows a blue screen with this message "Stop: c0000135" and "winsrv was not
found"
I was trying to install Windows XP Service Pack 2.
Right now tryed to get into thye windows but i cant, I tryed the F5 before
windows start, and also tried every single option thst menue has.
I also inserted the Windows reinstallation CD, but it doesnt run by itself.

What can I do to solve this problem.
Please someone help me.

try last know configuration - press F8 before its starts loading
windows...

if no positive result.. then you need to repair windows....


first insert your windows cd. boot from it and select repair.
type in you admin password
select hard drive
type the command chkdsk /p

if there is another error

try to fully repair windows..
