I Really Need Help on this one....

Hi,
I have posted this question many times but no answers.
If someone can help me please reply.
Here goes.....

I need to create a custom "Internet Communications Settings" file. This
file when clicked, set all my internet settings and dial-up account settings
for me without setting them manually.
Does anyone know of a utility that will create this file for me given the
correct information.

Too much depends on the registry to do that with a file (script)

How about creating an other Dial Up connection with other settings?

is exactly what I am looking to do, but with a script.
Any Ideas.
