Hi i put a paint shop pro animation in a powerpoint slide as a background and
it work. This stopped and i don't no why. Does the animation need to be save
in a certain format eg jpeg, gif, bmp.

What version of PowerPoint are you using? It should be a GIF file. Did you try
it in Slide Show mode? Animated GIFs only work in Slide Show mode.

There's no such thing as animated jpegs or bmps. Only gifs can be animated
(using paint shop pro's sister product Animation Shop). They can be inserted
in PowerPoint version 2000 and newer.

Which PowerPoint version do you use? Which graphics file type did you use as
a background, and how did you insert it?
