i now get a number when i use keys j, k, l, etc. how do i disable

i now get numbers when i use keys like j,i,k,l,etc unless i press the Fn blue
key. How do i get back to normal?

Is it a laptop that doesn't have a number pad to the right? Your
computer's (not Word's) Help or manual will guide you.
