I now can't send or receive emails. Iv'e been able to for years

I have been using outlook normally for years. Six days ago was the last time
i received or could send an email. Every time i try to send or receive this
error comes up:

Task 'Colin Mynard Homes - Receiving' reported error (0x80040900) : 'The
server name you entered can not be found on the network (it might be down
temporarily). Please verify that you are online and that the server name is
correct.' AND
Task 'Colin Mynard Homes - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Unable to
find the e-mail server. Please verify the server information in your account
properties.'

I still have internet access.
Any help would be appreciated

Did you change anything around that time?

Contact your ISP to verify that the server details for your account are
still valid. It could be that over the years these details have changed but
still provided access via the old settings for some time.

If all is setup correctly, you might want to share more details. At least
include your Outlook version and type of mail account.
