I need to repopulate my All Programs file in my start menu.

Used a cleaning program to create more free space. Would like to be able to use my All Programs menu in my start menu, but all the program files in the All Programs menu are empty. How can I repopulate them. I do not have a good restore point to use.
 
This will be performed slowly and painfully.

Install each application, one by one.

No shortcuts left for you.
