I need to know how to disconnect ICS from client station

Is it possible to disconnect ICS from the client station
in a peer to peer network using win xp home edition?
Does anyone have any advice for me on this?

If the client runs Windows 98, 98SE, Me, or XP, use ICS's built-in
Internet Gateway. I've written a web page with details:

If the client runs Windows 95 or 2000, install Remote Disconnect
Utility on the client and the host. Get it here, clicking "Downloads"
