I need to get across an excel password

I recently lost my dad and unfortunately he passworded an
excel document where he listed important information
about his estate. its an open password, is there anyway i
can get help on that file.

if he has choosen a complicated password this could be difficult. You
may search Google for 'Excel password remover'. There're several
programs to break these passwords
