I need to convert format styles from 2003 to 2007... help!

We use a template at work that was designed in Word 97. We managed to convert
to 2003 without many issues, but it's an entirely different story with 2007.
We have about 25 styles already saved on the normal.dot... but since 2007
uses normal.dotm... this is making it impossible for me to figure out. There
is one style we have that involves hidden text (it shows with paragraph
markers on, hides when paragraph markers are off)... this little style is
critical for our template, and I can't seem to convert it (or any) over to
2007.

Does anyone know about hidden text?

Or... how to convert styles over from normal.dot to normal.dotm.

I am not savvy with this technical end of things, so please... pretend I'm
six... or I'll be lost! I appreciate any help at all.

Thank you,
Yvonne / Canada

You could use the styles organizer to copy styles from old template to new
(ALT+F8 > Organizer).
