I need to change something in my form/database

When I created the form/database useing Database Interface Wizard I made an
error .

I set my column type to integer (I thought I hit long) with a text area.
Now when I try to enter a paragraph on the form it doesn't even appear on the
Results Page. It leaves it blank. I know integer is a number - I need to be
able to type a paragraph and I cannot figure out how to change the form once
the wizard has been completed.

Also, for the life of me I don't know how to get the information from the
form to upload back into my database. I can only view it on the web. I use
godaddy.com

do you have MS access? you can change the datatype of the fields there.
