I need to add Windows XP to my home pc.

I bought a version of Windows XP, I added it to my Laptop
and had to give the product key code to Microsoft, now I
added XP to my home computer but I can't activate it with
the same key code, what am I supposed to do now? Any help
will be appreciate. Thank you.

You're suppose to have a second licnese. Just like previous versions of
Windows. Xp just has a way to enforce this now.
