i need to access my e-mail at work

i can not remember how i'm supposed to check my e-mail at work from home. i'm
on vacation and its really important that i check my e-mail at work. can
anybody point me in the right direction?

that's part of Office Professional. You'll need to find a more appropriate
newsgroup in which to ask this question.

Unfortunately, how you access e-mail from work depends on a number of
factors, the main ones of which are what mail server you're using (Microsoft
Exchange? Lotus Domino? Something else?) and how has your IT department
secured the mail server. Your best bet would be to get in touch with your
office somehow.
