I need IMEADIATE help

I was on my computer and then suddenly, the whole pictur tuned 90 degrees to
the left and it still hasn't turned back yet. i have to turn my head to just
see the screen! Please help me!

You can either turn your monitor on edge or go into Display Properties
(right-click desktop and then Properties) and hit the 'Advanced' button.
Poke around there and you should find it. Each MB or GPU is different so I
can't tell you specifically where to look but you'll find it somewhere
there.

I've faced this error on my computers which has mostly the Intel Display
Chipset installed. Could be in your case as well? Mostly happen when you quit
some high graphic softwares like 3D games. By default, Rotation is enabled on
Intel 845 and 915 Chipsets.

To turn this off, goto (if you can do so)

1. Right-Click on your Desktop
2. Choose Properties
3. Click Settings - and the Click Advanced
4. Click the "Intel Graphics Technology" tab (if exists)
5. Click the "Graphic Properties" button under this tab
6. Click the Rotation tab.
7. Before unchecking the "Enable Rotation" set the "Rotation View" to normal
then uncheck "Enable Rotation"
8. Close all open windows by clicking OK
