I need help please

How do I find out who my POP3 and SMTP are, so I can set up my email account.
 
Check with the company that provides your email. They should have a webpage
with email support.
Is it Comcast? Roadrunner? Yahoo? AOL? Gmail?
 
your incoming mail should be mail.then your server.net for example mine is
mail.comcast.net for the pop and your outgoing is smtp.comcast.net hope

Undra,

Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP). It will be somebody like
comcast, cox, hotmail or whatever. They will be able to walk you through
setting up your e-mail account which includes the proper POP and SMTP
verbage.
