I need a sample of a letter to be re-in-stated on a job.

I was fired 6 years ago with the Postal Service for unable to maintain a
regular work schedule. At the time I was suffering with alot of health
issue. That since that time I was found out to be a diabetic and I suffer
with uncontrollable high blood pressure. But since then I with the proper
medications I am now fit for duty. I really need some help out there on how
to type this letter to try to get my job back. Thanks

You can find templates offered by Microsoft at the following URL:

With a topic like this, using the search engine of your trust (or, I
dunno, HR counseling maybe?) might lead to better results. Usenet/forums
for Microsoft Word deal with the technical aspects of templates (how to
achieve a desired result in this application, maybe in contrast to
another application), less with the content.
