Need a template for responding to removal from my job

I am being removed from a federal position due to a conflict in
"personalities" for the first time in 16 years!

After being selected for the position and proving I could out think and
knew more information in "some" areas of the job, the supervisor took a
dislike to me, I imagine she felt threatened. (silly I definetly did not
want the supers job and even spoke to that person about the "problem") it
only served to make things worse. about 10 months later I developed a very
dibilitating disorder called Fibromyalgia, between the pain, side effects and
medications, my work started to suffer somewhat. ( The supervisor knew about
it and was appraised of my condition to be seveare enough to place me in a
disabled cataory, both in the public eye/several doctors eyes and even our
own work medical physisions perspective. I requested Reasonable
Accomadations 1.Somewhat less work 2. A quiet place to work since I am easily
distracted and 3. To work at home a day or two when thing became very bad.
The ongoing harrassment made my condition much worse, my reqest was not
answered except to remove authority so I could do very little work which not
only made me look and feel bad because the work went to others in my area.
(This caused much discontent needless to say).
So now I am being fired because I am not doing my work as I was hired to do.

I cannot afford a lawyer, cannot find one to take the case pro bono or to be
paid after the case or 1/3rd even. I need a good template to help site why I
should not be fired.

What you are asking for is not a template (which provides styles and
formats) but a sample letter. I suggest you Google for it.
