That's an Intel socket 478, first released in 2000, end of life in
2007. No online retailer will have one of those. You're looking at a
used board from ebay.

Personally, I'd upgrade the whole thing. Everything part of that
system (especially the hard drive) are probably way past their mean
time to failure rate.

Geeks.com carries stuff like that for new, although in some ways they
can be worse than the worst of Ebay. Good idea to be careful of
brandname and condition if a (paying to) return comes up faulty out of
the box. Better yet for something along newegg's budget boards (sub
$50 & should be video chipped) and then perhaps ebay to equip it.
It's been lucky hits and bad misses for me with geeks.com.
